Terms
The service
You send a short request. We build a one-page website with online booking for your shop and host it. You keep your business name, your photos and your client list. We keep the template and the software.
How the site is drafted
Most of the first draft, including the words and the layout, is produced with AI tools that Bookfront does not own. A person reviews the draft before it is published. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You must check the business name, prices, hours, photos, and any claim before we publish, and again after. We do not promise a site designed entirely by hand, a particular search ranking, or a draft with no mistakes.
Price, in Canadian dollars
While the launch offer is on the homepage, setup is $199 and the monthly fee is $50. The regular rate, which applies when that offer ends, is $499 to set up and $125 a month. The launch price is 60% off those regular rates, and the setup figure is rounded down from $199.60 to $199. A referral we confirm, meaning another shop signs up and names you, takes another 15% off the launch price: $169 to set up and $42.50 a month. This Christmas holiday rate runs until 31 December 2026 and applies to a Bookfront website. Add-on prices shown at 60% off apply only with that website. A receptionist without a website is quoted on its own. We do not sell it at $99 a month alone. Your setup and monthly rate are locked for 5 years from the day your site goes live: we will not raise them during that period. After 5 years, renewal is at the then-current rate, and you may cancel before any change.
How fast
Standard delivery is 7 business days from the day you accept the contract and Stripe confirms payment, and it is included. Priority delivery aims for 2 business days on that same clock and is $99 once, on top of setup. Business days are Monday to Friday, not statutory holidays in Alberta. These are working targets. If we miss one, the remedy is to finish the site, not a refund of work already done.
What the month includes
Two small revision requests, email and text reminders for bookings, unlimited bookings, calendar sync, and a Bookfront subdomain. Your own domain is a CNAME you can add. With a Bookfront website, the AI receptionist is $99 a month extra during this offer, and is not part of the $50. Without a website, we quote it separately. The Google reviews block is included when it is available. Extra revisions are $25 each. A redesign is a new setup.
Payment and cancellation
Sending the request form does not take a payment and is not a contract. We email you a contract and a Stripe payment link. The build starts only after you accept the contract and Stripe confirms the payment. We do not store card numbers. The setup fee is not refundable once the build has started. The monthly fee starts when the site goes live. You can cancel the month with notice before the next billing date. Cancelling does not refund the setup.
Your responsibilities
The prices, hours, photos, and claims on the site are yours, including wording an AI tool drafted. You check them before we publish. You confirm that the people you text about their own booking gave a number for that purpose. You will not ask us to store health information.
The phone assistant
If you add it, callers hear that they are speaking with an automated assistant. It can fail, and a missed call is not a missed-booking guarantee. Minutes over the included 250 are billed at the rate we quote when you add it.
Liability and law
We are not liable for lost profit, lost bookings or indirect loss. If we are liable, the limit is the fees you paid us in the month before the claim. Alberta law applies, and the courts of Alberta hear disputes. Questions: hello@bookfront.ca or (877) 798-5566.
